- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup Vin Santo (Italian dessert wine)
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup biscotti, crushed
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

In a small saucepan, heat the Vin Santo over medium heat until it reduces by half. Remove from heat and let cool.
