  • 4 cups of broken biscotti
  • 2 pints of your choice of ice cream
  • 1 cup of hot brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate syrup
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Chocolate shavings, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Divide the broken biscotti evenly among 4 serving bowls or glasses.

  2. Scoop a generous amount of ice cream onto the broken biscotti in each bowl or glass.

  3. In a small saucepan, heat the hot brewed coffee and chocolate syrup over medium heat until warmed through.
