  • 1 (15 oz) can of refried beans
  • 1 cup of guacamole
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of salsa
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a serving dish or a 9×9 inch baking dish, spread the refried beans as the first layer.

  2. Spread the guacamole on top of the beans as the second layer.

  3. Follow with a layer of sour cream, then salsa.

  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the salsa layer.

  5. Top with green onions, diced tomatoes, and sliced black olives.

  6. Serve immediately with tortilla chips for dipping.
