  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.

  2. Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  4. Using your hands, shape the mixture into small puffs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. Spray the potato puffs with cooking spray to help them crisp up in the oven.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the puffs are golden brown and crispy.
