How To Make Air Fryer Spam Fries with Spicy Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 can of spam
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the spicy dipping sauce:
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp of hot sauce
- 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Cut the spam into thin strips, resembling fries.

In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs together.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

Dip each spam strip into the egg mixture, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.

Place the coated spam strips in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.

Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

While the spam fries are cooking, prepare the spicy dipping sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.

Once the spam fries are cooked, serve them hot with the spicy dipping sauce.
