How To Make Venison Stir-Fry Recipe
A quick and easy stir-fry recipe with tender and flavorful venison, tossed with fresh vegetables and aromatic spices.

Ingredients
- 1 lb venison, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.

Add the venison and cook until browned, then remove from pan.

Add the bell peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger, and stir-fry until tender.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
