Ingredients

  • 1 lb venison, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.

  2. Add the venison and cook until browned, then remove from pan.

  3. Add the bell peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger, and stir-fry until tender.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.

  5. Return the venison to the skillet and pour the sauce over it, stirring to combine.

  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
