How To Make Bulgur Pilaf Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup bulgur wheat
- 2 cups water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and cook until softened and translucent.

Add cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add bulgur wheat and water. Stir, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover.

Cook for 20-25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and bulgur is cooked through.
