  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and honey until well combined.

  2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing emulsifies.

  3. Add in the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk until all ingredients are incorporated.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
