  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Saute for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  2. Add crushed tomatoes and salt. Simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Stir in chopped parsley and serve over cooked pasta.
