Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) of refried beans
- 1 cup of shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1/2 cup of salsa
- 1/4 cup of pickled jalapenos, chopped
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp of cumin
- 1/2 tsp of chili powder
- 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the black beans, refried beans, salsa, jalapenos, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Spread the bean mixture evenly in a 9×9 inch baking dish.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the bean mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
