Ingredients
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water

In a small saucepan, combine honey, minced chipotle peppers, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until the mixture is hot and well combined.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water until smooth. Add it to the saucepan and stir well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
