Ingredients
- 8 anchovy fillets, minced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- Assorted vegetables (such as carrots, celery, fennel, and bell peppers), for dipping
- Bread, for dipping

In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil and butter over low heat until the butter melts.
