  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

  3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  6. Serve with chips, crackers, or toasted bread.
