  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, Greek yogurt, mint leaves, minced garlic, and lemon juice.

  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.
