Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 ½ cups eggnog
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Whipped cream, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix eggnog, egg, and melted butter.

  3. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

  4. Heat a griddle or pan over medium heat.

  5. Pour batter onto the griddle or pan, about ¼ cup at a time.

  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

  7. Serve with whipped cream on top.
