How To Make Steamed pork & prawn wontons
Pork is one of the most commonly cooked meats in the world and we’ve decided to put our spin into these minimal yet tasty pork recipes that will have you looking forward to every bite.

Ingredients
- 200g ground pork
- 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 24 wonton wrappers
Instructions

In a food processor, combine the ground pork, prawns, spring onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, white pepper, and salt. Process until well combined.

Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold in half to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal.

Arrange the wontons in a steamer basket, making sure they don’t touch each other. Steam over high heat for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.

Serve hot with soy sauce or a dipping sauce of your choice.
