How To Make Roast Sausage & Squash with Mustard & Sage

Ingredients
- 8 sausages (your choice of variety)
- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large baking dish, combine the sausages and butternut squash cubes.
