How To Make Pork Belly Slices

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds of pork belly slices
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

Place the pork belly slices in a baking dish and pour the soy sauce mixture over them. Make sure each slice is coated evenly.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the pork belly slices for about 2 minutes on each side, until they are browned and crispy.

Transfer the pork belly slices to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until they are cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
