  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add the mushrooms and garlic to the skillet and sauté until the mushrooms are golden brown and softened, about 8-10 minutes.

  3. Stir in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, until the mushrooms are coated in the sauce.

  5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
