How To Make Mixed Vegetable Frittata Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of diced bell pepper
- 1 cup of chopped spinach leaves
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in spinach and mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the veggies are tender.
