Ingredients
- 4 ripe plantains
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Vegetable oil, for frying

Peel the plantains and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, combine the ground ginger, ground pepper, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, and salt.

Add the plantain pieces to the bowl and toss them in the spice mixture until well coated.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
