How To Make Green Pea and Spinach Pesto Pasta Recipe

A healthy and delicious pasta dish made with homemade pesto sauce using green peas and spinach.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 400g pasta
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package direction.

  2. In a blender, combine green peas, baby spinach, almonds, parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.

  3. Once pasta is cooked, drain and return to the pot.

  4. Add the pesto to the pasta and stir well.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
