Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cauliflower rice and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
