Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cauliflower rice and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender.

  4. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.

  5. Serve hot as a side dish or use as a base for stir-fries or other dishes.
