  • 1 bunch of baby leeks
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 cup of vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Trim the roots and the green part of the baby leeks, leaving only the tender white part.

  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  3. Add the baby leeks to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until they start to soften.

  4. Pour in the vegetable broth and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Cover the skillet and let the leeks braise for 20 minutes, or until they are tender.

  6. Serve the braised baby leeks hot as a side dish.
