How To Make Crispy chicken & pineapple tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions

In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Coat the chicken strips in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Fry the chicken strips for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy. Remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or in the oven.
