Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp of chili powder
  • 1 tsp of cumin
  • 1 tsp of smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 2 cups of vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add the kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic.

  2. Add the chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and salt. Mix well.

  3. Pour the vegetable broth over the mixture and stir.

  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 4-6 hours.

  5. Serve hot and garnish with your favorite toppings.
