  • 2 cups of mixed greens

  • 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, red onion, mixed greens, black olives, and cherry tomatoes.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
