  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Place the trout fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are well coated.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the trout is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
