  • 4 mahi mahi fillets

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, combine lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add the mahi mahi fillets to the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes, turning once.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Remove the mahi mahi fillets from the marinade, letting excess drip off, and place them on the grill.

  5. Grill the fillets for about 5 minutes per side or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Remove the fillets from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges before serving.
