How To Make Lime-Marinated Mahi Mahi

- 4 mahi mahi fillets
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro and lime wedges for garnish

In a shallow dish, combine lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add the mahi mahi fillets to the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes, turning once.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the mahi mahi fillets from the marinade, letting excess drip off, and place them on the grill.
