How To Make Balsamic Bruschetta
This classic Italian appetizer is a perfect combination of fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic, and balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 French baguette, sliced
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush each slice with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

Toast the baguette slices in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly crispy.
