  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley, croutons

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and chicken.

  3. Pour Caesar dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until evenly coated.

  4. Add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss again until well combined.

  5. Optional: sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and croutons before serving.
