  • 1 ¾ cup boiling water
  • 1 package green jello (3 oz)
  • 1 ½ cups cold water
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a heat-safe bowl, dissolve jello in boiling water.

  2. Stir in cold water and let it cool to room temperature.

  3. Add sliced kiwis to the mixture and pour into a 4-cup mold.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.

  5. Invert the mold onto a serving plate and garnish with whipped cream and extra kiwi slices.

  6. Serve chilled.
