- 1 ¾ cup boiling water
- 1 package green jello (3 oz)
- 1 ½ cups cold water
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions

In a heat-safe bowl, dissolve jello in boiling water.

Stir in cold water and let it cool to room temperature.

Add sliced kiwis to the mixture and pour into a 4-cup mold.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.

Invert the mold onto a serving plate and garnish with whipped cream and extra kiwi slices.
