Ingredients

  • 1 package (3oz) blackberry Jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Jello in boiling water, stir until completely dissolved.

  2. Add cold water, blackberries, pineapple, and pecans, mix well.

  3. Pour mixture into a 9×9 inch dish, refrigerate until firm (about 4 hours).

  4. In a separate bowl, mix sugar and sour cream until well blended.

  5. Spread mixture on top of Jello salad before serving.
