How To Make Apple Jello Salad

A refreshing and sweet salad with the crunch of fresh apples and the creaminess of whipped cream.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of apple juice
  • 1 package (3oz) of lemon jello
  • 2 cups of chopped apples
  • 1 cup of whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring apple juice to a boil.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in lemon jello until completely dissolved.

  3. Add chopped apples to the mixture and stir.

  4. Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours or until the jello has set.

  5. Once the jello has set, spoon whipped cream on top.

  6. Serve chilled.
