  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the courgettes, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.

  2. Let the salad marinate for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

  3. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
