How To Make Vietnamese Beef Salad Recipe
A fresh and satisfying salad loaded with tender beef, crisp vegetables, and zesty dressing.

Ingredients
- 1 lb of sirloin beef, sliced
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of fish sauce
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 5 cups of mixed greens
- 1 cup of bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup of sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup of sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup of chopped peanuts
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and vegetable oil.

Marinate beef in the mixture for 10 minutes.

Heat a skillet over high heat. Cook beef until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.

In a large bowl, mix together mixed greens, bean sprouts, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
