Ingredients

  • 1 lb of sirloin beef, sliced
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of fish sauce
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 5 cups of mixed greens
  • 1 cup of bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup of sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup of sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup of chopped peanuts
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and vegetable oil.

  2. Marinate beef in the mixture for 10 minutes.

  3. Heat a skillet over high heat. Cook beef until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  4. In a large bowl, mix together mixed greens, bean sprouts, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.

  5. Top the salad with the cooked beef and chopped peanuts.

  6. Serve with lime wedges.
