How To Make Sticky Lime Roast Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 4 limes, juiced
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and minced garlic.

Place the chicken in a roasting pan and pour the lime glaze over the chicken, making sure to coat it thoroughly.

Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for 1 hour, basting occasionally with the glaze.

Increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and roast for an additional 30 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
