Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup of pizza sauce
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup of diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup of diced onions
  • 1/4 cup of sliced black olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Roll out the pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet.

  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

  5. Add the pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, and black olives.

  6. Starting from one side, tightly roll up the pizza dough into a log shape.

  7. Cut the log into 1-inch thick slices and place them cut-side down on the baking sheet.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
