How To Make Pizzadilla

Quick and easy, this pizzadilla, made with whole wheat tortilla, tomato sauce, and turkey pepperoni, offers cheesy and mouthwatering bites.

  • 8 large whole wheat tortillas, or flour tortillas
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 bag turkey pepperoni slices
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced thin
  • 1 olive, small can, sliced, drained and rinsed
  • ½ red onion, sliced thin
  • pizza sauce, for dipping


  1. Heat a non-stick griddle or skillet over medium heat. Take 1 tortilla and sprinkle ¼ cup of cheese on one side. Top with desired toppings. Sprinkle a little more cheese over toppings. Fold over the other half of the tortilla to cover toppings

  2. Carefully place on heated griddle. Cook tortilla on each side for about 1 minute, or until cheese is melted. Transfer the pizzadilla to a plate. Repeat with remaining tortillas and toppings.

  3. Slice pizzadillas and serve with pizza sauce. Enjoy
