How To Make One-Pan Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions

In a large skillet, combine the spaghetti, onion, garlic, cherry tomatoes, red pepper flakes, and vegetable broth.

Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium-high. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and the liquid has reduced and thickened, about 10-12 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil leaves.

Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
