How To Make Parmesan Lemon Baked Pasta

This lemon baked pasta is made with a delectably creamy and cheesy sauce, topped with delicious lemon zests. It’s rich, tasty, and made in under one hour!

Ingredients

  • 1tbspolive oil
  • 4garlic cloves
  • 1lbspaghetti,dried
  • 8ozcream cheese,softened
  • 2lemons,zested, one cut into wedges and one juiced
  • 6ozparmesan cheese
  • ½tspkosher salt
  • ¼tspcoarse ground black pepper
  • parsley,for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta a minute less than what is labeled on the box in salted water. Drain, but do not rinse. Save ⅓ a cup of the pasta water.

  2. In a hot large pot or pan, add the garlic and olive oil. Cook on medium-high for 10 to 15 seconds until just fragrant.

  3. Add in the cream cheese and Parmesan Cheese. Stir to combine, then add in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of lemon zest, and ⅓ cup of the pasta water.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well, then add the pasta into the pot to combine.

  5. Pour the pasta into a 9×13-inch pan, then bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.

  6. Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle lemon zest on top and parsley, and enjoy!
