How To Make One Pan Orecchiette Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 oz orecchiette pasta
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté until fragrant.

Add orecchiette pasta to the pan and stir to coat with the garlic and red pepper mixture.

Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cover the pan.

Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked al dente and most of the broth is absorbed.

Add cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the tomatoes are slightly softened.

Stir in chopped basil and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and let the pasta rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and basil, if desired.
