This is such an interesting dish. Instead of using spaghetti sauce for your ravioli, use heated up salsa. Add some shredded cheddar cheese and black olives.

How To Make Nacho Ravioli

We put together this Italian-Mexican fused dish that serves ravioli with a savory salsa sauce in place of the traditional tomato sauce.

  • 25 oz frozen beef-filled ravioli
  • 16 oz salsa
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 ¼ oz black olives, drained , sliced
  • 2 scallions, sliced


  1. Prepare the ravioli according to the package directions; drain and set aside in the colander.
  2. In the same pot, heat the salsa over medium heat for 2 to 4 minutes.
  3. Return the ravioli to the pot; mix well, and cook for 2 to 4 minutes, or until heated through.
  4. Place the ravioli on a platter and sprinkle with the cheese, black olives, and scallions.
  5. Serve immediately.
