How To Make Homemade Four Cheese Ravioli Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, eggs, olive oil, and salt. Mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, then cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, feta cheese, black pepper, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and parsley.

Roll out the dough into a thin sheet using a rolling pin or pasta machine. Cut the dough into small squares, about 2 inches by 2 inches.

Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture onto each square. Fold the dough over the filling to create a triangle and press the edges to seal.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the ravioli for about 3-4 minutes, or until they float to the surface. Remove the ravioli from the water using a slotted spoon.

Serve the four cheese ravioli hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley, if desired.
