How To Make Ham & Olive Lasagne

- 9 lasagne sheets
- 200g sliced ham
- 1 cup pitted olives
- 3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups béchamel sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cook the lasagne sheets according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a casserole dish, spread a thin layer of béchamel sauce.

Place 3 lasagne sheets on top of the sauce, covering the entire bottom of the dish.

Layer half of the sliced ham evenly over the lasagne sheets.

Sprinkle half of the pitted olives and half of the mozzarella cheese on top of the ham.

Pour half of the remaining béchamel sauce over the cheese.

Repeat the layers with the remaining lasagne sheets, ham, olives, mozzarella cheese, and béchamel sauce.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
