- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 4 slices of prosciutto
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper.

Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the hot skillet and cook for about 6-8 minutes until the skin is golden and crispy.

Flip the chicken thighs and add the prosciutto slices and cherry tomatoes to the skillet.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the tomatoes have softened and burst.
