How To Make Fried Chicken Tenders

- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Vegetable oil, for frying

In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.

Dip each chicken tender in the beaten eggs, then coat it with the flour mixture, pressing it firmly to adhere.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry the chicken tenders in batches for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
