How To Make Laxpudding

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 300 grams of cured salmon, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 200 ml of heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Grease a baking dish with butter.

Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of the dish.

Add a layer of half of the sliced salmon and onion. Season with salt and pepper.

Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, salmon, and onion.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the heavy cream.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and then add them to the cream mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the cream mixture over the layers in the baking dish.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Let the laxpudding cool for a few minutes before serving.
