  • 6 eggs

  • 2 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Add the hash browns, cheddar cheese, ham, and green onions to the bowl. Stir until well combined.

  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
