How To Make Egg and Spinach Casserole

- 8 large eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chopped spinach, grated cheddar cheese, red bell pepper, and onion to the bowl. Mix well.

Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
